Savoury Boats

These are bite sized, short crust pastry shells seasoned with crushed black pepper.  Top with a variety of fillings or use them instead of crackers with your favourite dip.

Suggested fillings are smoked trout, sour cream and caviar, blue cheese with onion relish, roasted tomato with feta cheese or proscuitto with melon.
