Unibic Sponge Fingers (savoiardi) are made to a traditional Italian recipe. This versatile product is the vital component for making tiramisu, but in Italy, savoiardi are consumed by children and adults alike dunked in milk and coffee.

Try sponge fingers half dipped in chocolate, layered in trifles, or split and filled with strawberries and cream. Sponge fingers also make wonderful party treats for children.

This product is a light Italian syle biscuit.  In Italy, they are consumed for breakfast.  Children dunk them in hot milk and they are often served in bars with café latte for breakfast on the run.
