Bite sized, shortcrust pastry shells, allowing your next catering or entertaining function to be personalised with your own toppings to suit the event.  Suggested fillings are smoked salmon with capers & sour cream, roasted tomato with feta cheese, blue cheese with onion relish, cream cheese & basil pesto, or salami and olive tapenade.
