"Quality in everything we do" Unibic has been a manufacturer of fine specialty biscuits, cakes and pastries for over half a century and was established in Australia in the 1950s. Today, Unibic is Australia's fastest-growing, specialty biscuit company delivering innovative quality products to National and International markets.  Growing from a customer base within the Italian community in Melbourne where it is still based, Unibic is Australian-owned and managed, and employs in excess of 200 people at its corporate headquarters and modern automated factory. Due to rapid expansion, a new state of the art manufacturing facility has been built in northwest Melbourne. In addition, a manufacturing facility was established recently in India, which produces biscuits for the local market.
Unibic supplies supermarkets Australia-wide, and is currently growing its customer base in International markets including the United Kingdom, South East Asia, New Zealand, Canada and the United States. With its dynamic management team, skilled workforce and its ability to capitalise on the opportunities associated with changing consumer trends, Unibic can respond quickly to deliver innovative quality products for both the Unibic-branded and other specialised markets.
